This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and the bKash or Nagad number you intend to use for transactions. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

CrickexNow offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free tournament entries, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds on crickexnow are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which unused bonus funds will expire.

Zero Tolerance: CrickexNow operates a zero-tolerance policy on cheating and fraud. Accounts confirmed to be in violation of fair play rules will be permanently closed with no right of appeal, and relevant information may be shared with law enforcement authorities where required.
CrickexNow reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
If your crickexnow account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email or in-app message. During a suspension, you will not be able to deposit, play, or withdraw. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed within 24 hours.

CrickexNow provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain 99.7% uptime and consistent performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. CrickexNow is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crickexnow's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. CrickexNow is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.
Note: Nothing in this limitation of liability clause excludes or limits crickexnow's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
CrickexNow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, crickexnow will notify registered players via in-app notification and email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of crickexnow after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
